Her research focuses on identifying the pathway from industrial development to political change. She particularly pays attention to business power and industrial policymaking and received her doctoral degree in development politics at King\u2019s College London with her thesis \u201c<em>Business Structural Power of Big Business in Green Industrial Policy<\/em>\u201d. Kahee continues to research the change in state-business relations and contemporary development strategies, particularly in North and South East Asia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grips.ac.jp\/list\/en\/facultyinfo\/lim_guanie\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.grips.ac.jp\/list\/en\/facultyinfo\/lim_guanie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Guanie Lim<\/a><\/strong> is Assistant Professor at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Japan. His main research interests are comparative political economy, value chain analysis, and the Belt and Road Initiative in the Global South. His latest monograph \u2014 <em>The Political Economy of Growth in Vietnam: Between States and Markets<\/em> (published by Routledge) \u2014 details the catching-up experience of Vietnam since its 1986 <em>doi moi <\/em>(renovation) reforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nemsingh.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/nemsingh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jewellord Nem Singh<\/a><\/strong> is Senior Lecturer\/Assistant Professor of International Development at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), part of the Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He is the principal investigator of a five-year research programme worth \u20ac1.5 million funded by the European Research Council (ERC) under Grant No. 950056 entitled <em>Green Industrial Policy in the Age of Rare Metals: Transregional Comparison of Growth Strategies in Rare Earth Mining <\/em>(GRIP-ARM). He is the author of <em>Business of the State: Why State Ownership Matters for Resource Governance <\/em>(Forthcoming, Oxford University Press).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/stipi.kmutt.ac.th\/personal_data.php?id=25\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/stipi.kmutt.ac.th\/personal_data.php?id=25\" target=\"_blank\">Bank Ngamarunchot<\/a><\/strong> is the director at the Science Technology and Innovation Policy Institute (STIPI), Thailand. His work focuses on development economics, political economy, and industrial policy. He developed a concept of &#8220;developmental labor&#8221; as a critical factor for escaping from the Middle-Income Trap in his thesis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pattarat Phantprasit<\/strong> is a research at the Science Technology and Innovation Policy Institute (STIPI), Thailand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/stipi.kmutt.ac.th\/personal_data.php?id=11\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/stipi.kmutt.ac.th\/personal_data.php?id=11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jesada Temaismithi<\/a><\/strong> is a research at the Science Technology and Innovation Policy Institute (STIPI), Thailand.&nbsp; His research interest is on policies and management of science, technology, and innovation, especially in the realm of quantum technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kritdikorn Wongswangpanich<\/strong>, a researcher at the Science Technology and Innovation Policy Institute (STIPI), Thailand, has a research focus on the development of scientific rationality and also electoral policy. His work focuses on the change to modernity using scientific regime of truth and Newtonian time as the criterion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/scholars.cityu.edu.hk\/en\/persons\/yin-nor-tjia(62331e8e-15cb-47a2-af40-94d0f387dbc7).html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/scholars.cityu.edu.hk\/en\/persons\/yin-nor-tjia(62331e8e-15cb-47a2-af40-94d0f387dbc7).html\" target=\"_blank\">Linda Tjia Yin Nor<\/a><\/strong> is an Assistant Professor of Development Studies at the Department of Public and International Affairs, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong.&nbsp; She has published on China\u2019s domestic transport and logistics development, as well as the political economy of China\u2019s overseas infrastructural and industrial projects. Recently she has acquired the Sumitomo Foundation Grant (2020-2022) to investigate the high-speed rail rivals between China and Japan; and the Hong Kong Research Grants Council Early Career Scheme
